Today as I was surfing through Facebook, I seen that Channel 4 News posted an interesting status. This post mentioned that a petition has been started in honor of Caylee Anthony, to create a law to hold parents responsible for failing to report their child(ren) missing. Defying this law will be considered a felony charge if ever convicted. As of this moment there are already over 148k people who have signed this petition for “Caylee’s Law” including myself!
